The newest installment in the B. F. Skinner Foundation's Skinner for the 21st Century series, Recent Issues in the Analysis of Behavior, originally published in 1988, is a collection of articles and talks that show Skinner’s concerns toward the end of his life. This is the last book B. F. Skinner published of his collected articles, and, in it, he discussed theoretical and professional topics still relevant today. He also included personal issues. The book should interest anyone concerned with behavioral science. The Extended Edition features two additional articles, A World of Our Own and Can Psychology Be a Science of Mind? A foreword by Dr. Per Holth, which describes the relevance of this book for the 21st century. Also added to the book is an epilogue, B. F. Skinner—The Last Few Days, by Julie S. Vargas, Skinner's daughter, that is illustrated with archival photos.
