Forty year old Tina pours out her emotional story to her psychiatrist about her childhood love and how with it came trauma, deceit and tragedy and of the guilt that was thrown on her from childhood into her adult life over the love she was forbidden to love but the fight she fought to keep it and the way in which she held onto it after losing it for all these years. Though the characters are fiction, they became real in my imagination of them. Each is given a heartbeat and comes to life, the more you read on. This novel is filled with such a variety of characters each with their own personality and story. In between the intensity and emotional moments, you get some comedic relief to loosen the heart. I am proud to say that you can't stop reading once you begin. Their is so much that is happening in this story and you start to feel something for each of the characters, that you just want to keep turning the page to find out what happens next. Thank you for taking the interest and the time to read the description. I promise you the novel has more to offer than my simple description. I just don't want to reveal too much of the story by saying more. With that said, i hope you pick up the paperback or kindle version and enjoy the ride.
