Life seems to be wonderful for Jennifer until she finds out that she is pregnant. The zombies and looters are around and she doesn't care to stay still. Brad warns her not to fight and of course she pays no mind until they are in battle, and she falls off a small cliff. There she lies hurt and bleeding as she already knows that she lost her baby. Tom rescues her from the cliff as he brings her inside to be taken care of by Dora. After finding out that she had a miscarriage with several injuries to her leg, Jennifer accepts her disappointments including about her husband, Brad. Not thrilled about his drinking habits, she decides that they are not meant for each other, especially after having an affair with a woman. She calls it her strike out and tells Brad that it cannot be anymore. Brad of course cannot accept it until he comes up with an idea that will shock Jennifer and pushes her away further from him. During several battles, disappointments and anger, Jennifer finally finds her life again, until something comes back destroying her feelings once again. The battles, anger, disappointments, well they are all crumbling before Jennifer, and with a new fighting team, she may be able to make it again.
